What happens when you hit a limit
The free plan includes 30 minutes of recording a month. Your dashboard shows the minutes you have used and how many days are left until the month resets, so you always know where you stand.
Document uploads count per calendar month. On Free, the sixth upload in a month is declined until the first of the next month, and a file over 10 pages or 10 MB is declined with the limit shown, so you can split it or upgrade. Nothing you already have is touched.
Free documents make up to 10 flashcards each. Flashcards from a recording, decks across a folder and spaced repetition need Pro; on Free, the flashcards button on a recording shows the Pro upgrade instead.
Pro removes the monthly minute cap and the document count. Individual recordings run up to 2 hours, and documents up to 100 pages and 50 MB per file.
Changing your mind
Paid plans come with the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to consumers in the EU. How it works once you have started using Pro is set out in our refund policy.

Is there a free version?
Yes — 30 minutes of recording per month, no credit card. Full pricing is above.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription from Billing in your account, and billing is handled securely through our payment provider.
Can I get a refund?
As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal on paid subscriptions. Our refund policy explains how it applies once you have started using Pro within those 14 days, and how to request a refund.
Can I upload documents such as PDF, PowerPoint or Word?
Yes. Upload PDF, PowerPoint or Word files and get a summary, key points and flashcards. Uploaded documents are deleted once processing finishes; if a step fails, the file is kept only so you can retry, and you can delete it yourself at any time under Settings → Privacy & data.
What are flashcards with spaced repetition?
Notibo can automatically turn your notes and documents into flashcards. Spaced repetition shows you each card at the right interval based on the forgetting curve, so you remember more with less effort. Flashcards from recordings, folder-wide decks and spaced repetition are Pro; free documents make up to 10 cards each.
