From the microphone
Open Notibo in Chrome, Edge or Firefox on your laptop, pick the language, press record. A single recording runs up to 2 hours, and the transcript and notes are ready about a minute after you stop.
From a tab or screen, with system audio
For an online class, or a recorded lecture playing in a tab, Notibo captures the tab and its sound while your own microphone is recorded alongside it. Nothing joins the call and nobody sees a bot. This needs Chrome or Edge on a computer.
From a file you already have
Upload an MP3, WAV, M4A, OGG, MP4 or WebM recording of up to 50 MB and it goes through the same transcription and notes.
Notibo runs in a desktop browser; there is no phone app. On a phone, recording from the microphone depends on what the browser allows, so plan on the laptop.
What the note looks like
The transcript sits on the left, split by speaker where Notibo can tell them apart. On the right sit the AI summary, the main points and the action items, each of them editable. On Pro, the lecture is filed in its subject folder. Download it as PDF or Word, or share a read-only link.
Languages
Danish and English are transcribed natively, each with a model chosen for the language. Auto-detect covers about a dozen more, including German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic and Hindi.
Who it is for, and who it is not for
Students who want to follow the lecture instead of typing it, and anyone who sits through long meetings. It is not for you if you need an app on your phone, or a bot that joins your calls: Notibo captures from your own computer only, and it does not replace reading the material.
